Emotional Freedom Technique - EFT - is an effective way to clear emotional blocks so you can be happier and free to achieve your potential. It often happens quickly and easily – and sometimes with laughter. It is a gentle, non-invasive way to heal. EFT can help with many issues including confidence, anxiety and stress, self-esteem, bereavement, relationships, depression, phobias, allergies and addictions. It has proved an effective way to stop smoking.
EFT is used by thousands of practitioners and individuals. According to founder, Gary Craig, it has provided thousands with relief from pain, diseases and emotional issues. He explains how it works. "Simply stated, it is an emotional version of acupuncture except needles aren't necessary. Instead, you stimulate well-established energy meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips. The process is easy to memorize and is portable so you can do it anywhere."
