Physiotherapy

'Physiotherapy for a new you'

What is Physiotherapy?

 Felicity Coleman
Physiotherapy is a therapy in which physical methods are used to help the body heal.
Treatment
Physiotherapy skills that I use include mobilisation, massage, acupressure and electrotherapy. My goal with each client will be to listen to and restore the body back to harmony through pain relieving techniques.
To complement my work I use acupuncture for pain relief and stress. Fine needles are inserted into the skin which release endorphins to give a sense of well-being and reduce tension and stress.

Advice and structured exercises may be given to assist full health.
 Conditions and Treatments
Muscle, joint and neurological problems can be treated for example, sciatica. Treatments are tailored to the individual.
As a Physiotherapist I utilise my intuition and use my hands to give mobilisation, soft tissue or massage techniques.
My goal will be to assist in reducing pain, restoring movement and assisting in the final recovery.
Conditions Treated
Joint Pain, Osteoarthritis, Neck & Back Pain, Sciatica, Migraines, Soft Tissue injuries, Stress, Poor posture, Stroke,  Paraplegia and Asthma.
