Sound Therapy

What is Sound Therapy?

Richard Mack

Everything has a vibration or resonance, which is produced by the molecules that form that particular material. If something becomes unhealthy or out of balance, it doesn't sing the correct tune. The energy around it is much denser, inhibiting natural resonance or song. Sound Therapy uses sound of the correct resonance, played within range of the subject, so that the area being treated comes into sympathetic resonance with the sound and begins to 'sing' in tune.

A range of specific instruments are used to give sound therapy, including crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and gongs. There are many forms of sound therapy available.

How can Sound Therapy help me?

Sound Therapy can help treat a wide range of symptoms and imbalances, such as chronic pain, anxiety and depression, headaches and migraines, sleeping disorders, gynaecological and hormonal problems, stress and tension, tinnitus, and cysts.

It can help strengthen the immune system, create cancer-killing cells, and alleviate the symptoms of cancer. It can also promote general relaxation, and personal and spiritual development.
