The Tapas Acupressure Technique® (TAT®), is a leading-edge healing technique to end stress, create vibrant good health and live a happy life.

TAT is a simple yet powerful healing tool. You lightly hold a few acupressure points on your head while putting your attention on a problem. It has been described as ‘miraculous’ because it can bring rapid healing. It is easy to learn and has helped bring about change for physical and emotional issues of many kinds.
TAT was developed by Tapas Fleming, an American acupuncturist, who first used it to clear allergies. She then found that it worked for a whole range of different things from stuck
emotions and depression to headaches and physical pain and has been effectively used for weight loss.

TAT Healing Groups
TAT is also extremely effective in a group. Finding that others share similar issues can be very helpful. Despite the fact that we are often dealing with deep issues, there is always a gentle atmosphere in a group and often a lot of laughter as we let go of feelings and beliefs that we no longer need to hold onto.
