• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee, up to the full amount of the treatment

• Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") will be charged the full appointment fee.

• If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

• Cancellation fees may be waived in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the clinic.​
