Trusted Natural Healthcare Since 1982

Hereford Centre for Natural Health is a registered charity, and has been in existence since 1982 – it is in fact Hereford’s longest established Centre for Complementary Therapies. Through fund raising we moved from Bridge Street in the 1990s to our now purpose built building in Belmont.
We have 5 therapy rooms, a small office and a spacious reception area.

As a registered charity , we aim to make information about alternative approaches to health freely available – via our website, social media, to callers-by and at our outside events we attend.

This enables the general public to make informed choices about their healthcare.
The charity also exists to provide a place for therapists to work from.

History
Hereford Centre for Natural Health has been supporting health and wellbeing in the local community for over 40 years. Founded in 1982, it is the longest-established complementary health centre in Hereford.

The Centre began on Bridge Street, growing through strong community support and local fundraising as interest in complementary therapies increased.
In the 1990s, it moved to its current purpose-built premises in Belmont, designed specifically for natural and complementary health therapies.
The Centre offers a welcoming space with treatment rooms, reception and administrative facilities for both practitioners and visitors.

Registered as a charity in 1985, the Centre is governed by a board of trustees and supported by therapists, staff and volunteers committed to holistic wellbeing.

Today, Hereford Centre for Natural Health remains a trusted and well-established part of Herefordshire’s health and wellbeing community, continuing its founding aim of making natural healthcare accessible to all.
