THE WHOLISTIC TREATMENT APPROACH
With years of experience in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Givens founds that core strength and flexibility are key to managing joint and muscle conditions.
To complement the physiotherapy skills, Givens also trained in Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI) in London over 11 years ago.

Since then, Givens enjoys teaching Pilates across Hereford, combining hands-on physiotherapy with exercise-based rehabilitation to help patients build strength, balance, and confidence.

The treatment approach blends manual therapy, acupuncture, electrotherapy, and exercise therapy to deliver personalised, effective care.

Clients often describe a sense of achievement, increased body awareness, and improved mental wellbeing.
Whether for rehabilitation or fitness, my goal is to help every client move better, feel stronger, and maintain a calm, focused mind.
